Jack Cusack is a manager in WorkSafeBC’s Compensation Practice and Quality department, which is responsible for supporting the Claims division in quality adjudication and client service. The department clarifies adjudicative requirements and develops practice supports for staff. Jack has been with WorkSafeBC since 2005, working in Assessments, Finance, and Claims. He has worked as a case manager in the trauma unit and appeals team in the Richmond office where he assisted injured workers maximize their recovery and return to suitable employment.
